Budget planner for payment plans

Providing supporting information

When someone applies for a personal loan, we always ask for one month's bank statement to support affordability.

To comply with our policy and compliance rules, you must also provide one month's bank statement when we assess a payment plan.

If you do not supply a bank statement, we will be unable to arrange a payment plan because we won't have sufficient information to make an informed decision on how to treat your debt.

  • The statement must cover a full month

  • Be your normal transactional bank account

This is your budget planner, so include your income and what YOU personally pay towards your expenses.

For example, if your partner pays the rent on your home and you do not contribute enter '0'.
